Understand your current Windchill licenses by reviewing a Detailed License Report.
Request a Detailed License Report for each installation site. The reports will include your Customer Number, Sales Order Numbers, host IDs, types of licenses, and quantity of each license type.

Compare the Detailed License Report to your purchased licenses. If you think a purchased license is missing, open a case with License Management Services through the Customer Care Case Logger. Provide details of your identified gap.
