After you have installed the license file, entitle the users to specific profiles by adding them to user groups.
Entitle users to access license profiles by adding them to user groups. You can assign users to groups based on your license usage assessment of your previous Windchill version.
Add users and manage entitlements with the License Management Utility built into Windchill 11.1.
The License Detail Table in the utility shows the Windchill profile name, related license groups, license model, and feature name.
